Row 500M - 2:51 (Still focusin on form. My trainer thinks my pull is too short, so I may never get this thing right)

15 Box Jump - 20 inch box with 1 45lb & 1 25lb bumper stacked
20 sit-ups

Run 400m (I rowed 500M because my ankle was acting up)

I'm still working on my food, but with the wedding in 7 days, I'm trying not to stress too much about it until I get back. The dress fits now and that's what matters...I guess.
