A Change Is Gonna Come!

I have decided to create new goals for myself to get ready for my 32 birthday - OCTOBER 13, 2009, which is exactly 9 weeks and 3 days from Monday.

So here goes:
1. Lose at least 10 pounds.
2. JOURNAL, JOURNAL, JOURNAL - I was doing so well when I was doing this!
3. Consistently work out 4 - 5 times a week.
4. GET ENOUGH SLEEP.
5. HAVE FUN.

I'm going to try and not put any pressure (well, not too much anyway) on myself, but I need to get this under control. I want this weight gone once and for all, AND my doctor said I had to. :-)

Chalean Extreme Update: I have not been doing this as regularly as I should, but as of next week, I'll be back on schedule. I will say this though - after finally completing Burn Circuit 3 last night- I know this workout will definitley make me lose inches. I was huffing and puffing, and sweating, so I know it's working. I just wish the scale would go down with it.

  1. Yay for goals! I haven't been consistent with Chalean - no weights and it just was too much to carry those around with me. I think the doc is planning on giving me an exercise routine, so we'll see what that is. I am scared about it though - I hope it is challenging.
